During the Iraq war, American troops were instructed to use specially equipped tanks to bulldoze the trenches that held Iraqi soldiers- Not a single American was hurt, so meager was the resistance. Thousands of Iraqis, teenagers coerced into the army by the dictator Hussein, were buried alive, while the unprecedented military tactic was hidden from the public through media censorship. Captain Benny Williams, who Led the charge was awarded the Silver Star for his role. Also hidden: the apparent fact that many of the rag-tag teenage soldiers were trying to surrender as they were entombed.

He’s a lunatic.

Always has been, always will be. I used to be a Senate aide, and we used to look for his insertions into the Congressional record, and read them out loud to get a good belly laugh. It was "listen to what Ron Paul is saying today". He was anti-semitic and anti-military back then, too, when Ronald Reagan could have used his support against the commies. He was also an independent, not a Republican. I was surprised to see a few years back that he was calling himself a Republican, because what I read back then, he was nothing of the sort.

He also had a penchant for inserting articles from the looney tunes papers like the Spotlight and the Larouche publications.

BTW, if I remember the thread over there correctly, ConstitutionGal was something like KentuckyWoman here and she wasn’t banned for being a Paul supporter, she was banned for spreading nutty conspiracy stuff about the US and Israel faking attacks. I can’t remember exactly, but I remember her bragging over there how she was kicked off..

Note that they don’t refute the information. Ron Paul has been asked to release his archives of newsletters and refused to do so. Now we know why. I have contacted Free Republic about getting the materials I have scanned in and sending them to Free Republic as PDFs to post them. I have not heard back yet.
