I very seriously doubt this suit is going anywhere. The odds that a few seconds or even minutes of questioning by a nurse caused her death are just incredibly small and pretty much impossible to prove.
With that said, this nurse is probably going to get canned for making the comments she did. It’s common practice for trauma personnel to scold those who enguage in foolish behavior. You see every idiot on earth rolling through there.
