I think we are going to have to pass on this one, Amy, as much as we would like to be there. Chachi is doing okay, but is still having a problem with his back legs, so the nerve must still be pinched some. I don't want to leave him with my mom and have him take a turn for the worse while we are gone. She has night blindness and wouldn't be able to drive him to the emergency vet.

Thanks for asking about my Chachi. He is improving day by day, but it is a very slow process. He still seems to be having problems feeling his back legs, so sometimes they skid out from under him. It's hard to keep him from jumping and running and possibly doing more damage to his back. He isn't in any pain though (and that's why it's hard fro us to keep him calmed down), thanks to the pain/anti-inflamatory meds he gets every day. We take him back in to see the vet on the 15th.
