This “selfish woman” you all are speaking of in this article is so COMMON PLACE in the foster care system. “Blown out placements” happen every day — people unprepared and change their minds, and social workers just haul fosters from one home to another every week.
This story is so incredible common, it’s almost boring, if you knew what happens daily in every state regarding foster children and adoption. The system is flawed and broken, and needs serious reform.
