Everybody DOES have ACCESS to health insurance. The key is what it costs and what it covers.
So far I think the only one whose talked about ways to lower the cost of care is Thompson.

I personally know a few people who could have afforded health insurance and chose to spend the money for fun things. Disaster struck a couple of these people health wise, now one is disabled, unable to work. One died and his spouse has a new house,a new car and a hospital bill she can never pay.

It's hard to have sympathy for these people.
