The people who want HUnter ( and I would like it too ) will paint everyone else a RINO in order to garner the “conservative” support. The other RINO supporters want to bring down Fred to the level of their guy so that can be called conservative as well.

Fred may not be as conservative as Hunter but he is way, way more conservative than anyone else on that list.

It is like saying Michelle is not a hot as Ann so I wouldn’t want her??? I’d take either.

Here is the roll call of the bill you mentioned. Notice how reversed it is to the original supporters of the CFR? That's because it was just an effort to keep everyone playing by the same awful rules. No way has Hunter ever supported Campaign Finance Reform -- neither have most Republicans.
