I agree, after all this is “Hurricane Pat” Robertson, who seems to have an affinity for those spinning storms ( A couple of examples):
“Hollywood Pat Robertson on Sunday said that Hurricane Katrina was Gods way of expressing its anger at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for its selection of Ellen Degeneres to host this years Emmy Awards. By choosing an avowed lesbian for this national event, these Hollywood elites have clearly invited Gods wrath,”
Robertson prayed to God to steer hurricanes away from his companies’ Virginia Beach, Virginia, headquarters. He credited his prayers for steering the course of Hurricane Gloria in 1985, which caused billions of dollars of destruction in many states along the U.S. east coast. He made a similar claim about another destructive storm, Hurricane Felix, in 1995.[21]”

Quite a few years ago -- I think it was the early 1980s -- I was watching him on TV saying how the world had gotten to the point that God could not keep it going much longer. He said that the end would come in no more than two years from that point. He appears to have been wrong. (After all the people who've made laughingstocks of themselves by "predicting the end" -- and in the face of the Bible, which clearly states that NO MAN knows it -- he had the temerity to casually let that gem drop from his lips.
