“There is no future imaginable that does not have Christianity as its base.”
I don’t disagree that “Christian” countries have lots of VERY
Un-Christian activities going on...in yesteryear, today or on into
the end of earthly time.
I guess I was spoiled by growing up in areas where a sexcrime against
a minor was not a daily report in the paper.
Now it’s the basis of a multi-episode “news” series on a major TV network.
Things have transitioned in the last 40-50 years.
But as for your premise that “There is no future imaginable that does
not have Christianity as its base.”
Tell that to Christopher Hitchen, Prof. Dawkins and their army.
At least they won’t saw your head off outright.
Which is not an impossible outcome if you promoted that line of thought
publically in some of the “Islamic Republics”.
First of all, they bust the sleaze-balls.
I also enjoy seeing the expressions on the faces of the perps when the hammer falls on them.
The stupid excuses are often entertaining - “I was just going to talk to her blah, blah blah...”
