People see what they want to see.
That says it all...There are basically two large blocks of voters who will be voting for their party's nominee come hell or high water. A third block who could go either way or third party will hold the key, as has been the case of late in America. And a large portion of the third group of individuals are watching to see who emerges from the political meat grinder with those specific qualities that appeal to them.
It's useless to make predictions at this point. And I see Fred's performance on MTP in the same light as you see it.
