It doesn’t make him look goofy.
It makes Fred look like a real man.
It makes the idiot reporter look goofy.
Coupled with his at-times stumbling campaign, it *does* make him look goofy.
I might well end up supporting him in the primaries - haven’t made up my mind. I like his policies very much, but don’t much care for the way he’s started his run.
But as I said before, there’s still time for him to find his stride. He’ll need to, if he has any hope of winning either the nomination or the White House itself.
