Can someone help me here. The liberals whine about torture, even if it’s a face wash (and even any punishment for crimes committed because they believe all criminals and terrorists are freedom fighters and heroes fighting evil Jewy and whitey) but did Clinton or even Carter ever ban torture when they were presidents or did they allow it, either tacitly with a “wink wink” and a smirk or more openly.

Clinton subcontracted torture out to counties such as Egypt so his hands wouldn’t be dirty. I’m sure they received much worse treatment then we are allowed to get away with.

I believe it was Clinton who began the practice of "rendition." Sending terror suspects to their homelands where they could be tortured by pros, while Clinton washed his hands (like another tyrant).
