In about 200 one of our city council members said (with wampum sticking out of every pocket) that they would break ground for a casino just outside of town in 2002.

We've held them back so far.

I think there was an article on expanding casinos the other day. As to the lotto, I think they'll continue to try to lease the rights--in exchange for a huge cash payment. That's my guess, anyway.
