I spotted the circular logic, and there is no need to continue reading: to wit, fetuses are not persons. Here is the problem he has, spelled out in simple terms he can understand:
Life as a dynamic, smooth, continuous process has a beginning. That beginning is conception, a well-circumscribed and finite event in real time and space.
Does this author believe that the organism suddenly *poofs* into humanhood? Does he believe in magic?
His argument by popular opinion is impotent because it lacks a foundation in logic and is therefore not worthy of address.
Science has proven that human fetuses (little ones) are indeed human.
