I don’t usually interject religion into this thread, but this morning the readings were about God wanting everyone He created to succeed to Eternal Life. This meant to me that I have to pray for the ‘conversion’ of the Clintons, just as I prayed for the conversion of Russia when I was a child.

Perhaps, this is the attitude that GHW Bush has toward Bill Clinton. Better to pray to change him, than to curse him.

I understand where you're coming from.

I guess my feelings are sort of like Reagan's "trust but verify"... I say "pray, but sterilize" after exposure ;-)
