Odd. This morning on a rerun of one of the Fox programs, they showed the clip of Russert asking the question about the archives. He was holding a piece of paper that looked like a letter with some writing on the top margin. I noticed what looked like writing with black marker. He was holding it up as he asked the question about the letter and the records. I just assumed that he had a copy of it before the asked the question.
