I still can’t see the Democrats nominating anyone else. Somebody beats nobody any day of the week, and that’s who she is truly running against for the Democrat nomination.

Beyond that who is there? Biden? Kucinich? Gravel?
Mrs. Clinton has a lot of weak points as a nominee, and God forbid, a president. But she stands head and shoulders above the dem pack both in organization, presentation and competence.

You may be right as far as that goes but the fact that Obama, Edwards and Clinton are the best the Democrats can put forward as candidates for commander-in-chief during a war (whether or not Americans choose to realize that it is one), is enough to make me want to find a cave somewhere back in the hills and stock it with canned beans and weapons. I find it hard to accept that we have citizens stupid enough to vote for any one of these three.
