I guess that I had never seen Bill Clinton’s signature before. Either he signed that letter when he was quite ill or he has one of the most disturbing signatures I’ve ever seen. I’d like to know what a handwriting analyst would say about it.

That doesn’t look like his signature from the past. Perhaps Nurse Ratchet was cutting off his oxygen supply right before heart surgery to make him sign it. She knew back then that she would be running.
