ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Pakistan President Gen. Pervez Musharraf on Saturday declared a state of emergency after militants said they had captured two police stations and 120 security forces, state TV reported.

“The chief of army staff has proclaimed a state of emergency and issued a provisional constitutional order,” a newscaster on Pakistan TV said.

Hope he quashes this stat- nukes in the hands of the bad guys in Pakistan is a sobering thought..
