This is not building a road, it is already there, brand new, complete and paid for with taxpayers dollars.

Basically, Julie Annie's law firm helped a foreign company steal it from the taxpayers of Texas. The "development" amounts to nothing more than putting up toll booths.

And this is the same Rooooty Julie Annie that currently at the top of the list for Republican nominee.

Here is a map of what the taxpayers have already bought and now Roooty and Guv Goodhair have stolen and plan on selling back to the owners (us) for the next 50 years. No wonder governor (little) ricky perry supports Rudith for Prez.
