MESSAGE TO LEGISLATORS
1. Close the border.
2. Station the Army and Air Force PERMANENTLY on the Mexican border.
3. Station U.S. Navy patrols in and Air Force patrols over the Pacific, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic.
4. Place powerful and authoritative security forces at all legal border crossings to prevent admission of illegals into the U.S.
5. ENFORCE THE LAW. Make it a felony and an impeachable or firing offense for an elected official or a government employee to interfere with the enforcement
of a U.S., state, county, or city law.
6. Make it a felony to enter or reside in the U.S. illegally.
7. Make it a felony to hire, assist, aid, abet, or provide social services to illegal aliens.
8. Imprison or deport all illegal aliens who have been convicted of felonies (other than being an illegal alien), who are unemployed, or who fail to apply for work
permits.
9. No more anchor babies. Amend the Constitution so that anyone born in the U.S. is automatically a U.S. citizen ONLY if one or both of his parents is a U.S. citizen.
In their final report published in 1996 the Center for Transportation Research recommended that Texas adopt multi-modal corridors.

THERE WILL BE A BRAND NEW ROAD FROM MEXICO TO SAN ANTONIO FOR NAFTA TRAFFIC. ALSO VOTE NO ON PROP 4 - $1.0 BILLION MORE FOR ROADS!!! JUST BECAUSE ILLEGALS NOT PERMITTED TO CROSS DOES NOT MEAN THAT NAFTA IS GOING TO FOLD. HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF TRUCKS WILL ROLL. DON’T BE FOOLED. HUTCHISON GOING TO RUN FOR GOVERNOR - IT WILL GET WORSE.
