Not at all.
It's the function of government, and within their police powers, to look after the health and safety of its citizens. The drug has no accepted medical use and there is no reason to legalize it.
Now, if people wish to use it as medicine, no one can stop them nor is anyone trying go stop them. There are consequences, however.
But to then come on this forum proclaiming, "It worked for me and it should be legal so it can work for everyone!" is irresponsible, at best.
