So, Boeing is building planes in a country that will see a massive increase in the demand for aircraft. Good for them. China wants to create their own aircraft industry to compete with Boeing and Airbus. They, according to Boeing, are two decades away.
Maybe I missed it but I don't see where Boeing is going to move their final assembly to China. Could you cut and paste the part that says so?
