I live in this state, and this doesn’t surprise me whatsoever. This goes on all the time down here. Elections are a second halloween down here, because the dead rise in massive numbers to vote, and almost always at majority-black districts.
Spent eight years in Alabama and was astounded by the scope of corruption on the part of black public officials.
Even Alabama State was an incredibly corrupt institution.
