"COLUMBUS, Ohio - Paul Tibbets, who piloted the B-29 bomber Enola Gay that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, died Thursday. He was 92 and insisted for six decades after the war that he had no regrets about the mission and slept just fine at night."

And why shouldn't he? We probably saved millions of lives that would've been lost during a costly invasion of the Japanese mainland.

But once again, our liberal media tries to apply 21st century sensibilities to a war that happened 60+ years ago.

Well I was speaking of the negative connotations surrounding the use of nuclear weapons. Since it was the first, there was no stigma back then like now.
