The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on.

So, it won't be just the employer being fined, as in my little community, they will have to cough up even more money for the victims' damages.

Not in my county... the Sheriff none too politely told them they weren’t welcome. By the way, I notice that “C-l-b” who makes the claim to have “captured” people who don’t speak Spanish or English has no profile.

Not that it matters — people could be speaking Zapotec, or Otomi or Nahutl or... and Tarahuma, and it wouldn’t mean anything.
