Sorry, those were my words. I was responding to a poster, not quoting GW. GW did make similar comments with the same interpretation though. Great speech!

Excellent, this is a prelude speech for other speeches coming in the next three months that talks more clearly about VICTORY, that we have won the war, and that AL Qaeda and their allies have been utterly defeated.
