Where in the law does it allow anyone other than a pharmacy or licensed medical professional to dispense prescription drugs????? Hint: school nurses cannot write a prescription.

Surely the good folks at Planned Parenthood would be happy to provide a doctor to provide prescriptions to the young girls, when he is not too busy performing his other, surgical, duties.

Nurse practitioners treat both acute and chronic conditions through prescribing medications, physical therapy, ordering tests and therapies for patients. Many NPs have a DEA registration number that allows them to write for federally defined "controlled" medications.

Something like a PA.
