He can go to the courthouse where their property is located, and file a lien against all real estate they own. Or not.

I hope that others, whose loved one’s funerals were picketed, follow the lead of this fallen hero’s father and sue Phelps.

If they own any property in their name. And the plantiffs are subordinate to any existing liens or mortgages if the Phelp's do own any property. My bet is they moved everything out of their names a long time ago.

It just seems to me that I say something on them several months ago stating that the membership was made up up of family members and If I recall correctly they were shown in a small room suppose to be their church. Who knows, I probally am all wet about the whole thing.

Hallelujah!!! I belong to the Patriot Guard in order to protect the bereaved against nasty people like those from Westboro. They are far from being Christian.
Support the Patriot Guard!

God obviously hates the Westboro Baptist Church, or this would not have happened.
A while back, somebody photoshopped one of their protests, labeling a poster they were carrying with the words "GOD HATES MARRIAGE OUTSIDE OF THE FAMILY" and arrows pointing all around (implying their family tree was more like a vine).
I think all this will do is reaffirm ole Fred's belief that the county has gone to hell.
To: DancesWithBolsheviks
Theres nothing fundamentalist or church about Phelps scammer cult. I wish that every news article about this group would write "Westboro Baptist Church which has x members [whatever the number is]" in the same way that every article used to say "billionaire Ross Perot" or "liar Scooter Libby" to cite a couple of examples.

Bet these folks can’t pay. Too bad there are no debtor prisons. These folks would look good in orange, or stripes, and leg chains.

I heard this guy Phelps on a radio talk show last year. The guys is so full of hate and bitterness it reminded of when Robin Williams’ character in “Good Morning Vietnam” said to his first sergeant: “You know, you’re more in need of a bl*wjob than any other white man in the history of the human race.”
