20 something years ago when I was a $hit head juvenile delinquent I knew a kid who was convicted for some kind of sex crime and sent to a 30 day state evaluation on his character. His crime was that he grabbed some girls breast on a dare from his friends. The crime occurred in a crowded venue and was clearly meant to be an attention getter, not a sex crime. He was like 14 or 15. Is he a sex offender?
