Felt it here in Campbell, CA, a rattly jolt for five or ten seconds, then quivery floors for another while. My cat is still walking on eggs about it—his first earthquake.

Felt it in the Central Valley, 50 miles northeast of Silicon Valley. Going to check on hubbie who is staying over there tonight. He’s not answering his office phone but his answering machine came on. I assume the office there is still intact. Still, hoping he will call as he doesn’t turn on his cell unless he wants to call out.

Ddude, we felt it here downtown Reno. The one arm bandits were spilling five dollar coins like there is no tomorrow. Grabbed me some before casino security guys came along, and, believe it or not, started grabbing some for themselves. The cat came out ahead! Woo hoo!

My Sister in Law just called, it scared her a lot as she thought the building was coming down around her (it didn't obviously). She was alone as her son and husband were still coming home from work.

I was only in one noticeable quake and will never laugh at anyone's reactions again.
