He is the Senator from Illinois, and does not have an opinion on what is happening with air travel. Does he use O’Hare airport? I guess he has moved on to the world of corporate jets, and ignores the masses of people who have to compete for space on crowded planes, because there are problems with landing strips and with Air Control.
