16 KIA already - they deployed in June = will be in that God Forsaken hole - OBL’s home turf (he’s been there more in the past few years than in Pakistan, a hop-skip-jump over the border.)
It’s tough going - getting bitter cold, high mountains, and they are out in it day and night - here’s a link to photos of a patrol "A" company of the 173rd just did - they patrol the same area...it will soon be choked with snow - OBL was photographed 2 winters ago scooting down these very mountains to hole up in the Valley for the winter...
