OUTSOURCE the feeding of these students....sheesh....sounds like a good idea to me....convert the cafeteria into classrooms.It will only work if Nguyen give them a cut.

The cafeteria gets reimbursed from the Feds for each meal that they serve to students. Actually at different rates depending of family income, but still on all students.
A cafeteria is supposed to be self-sufficient, but profits go to the general fund.
You are right. It is all about the money.
When I was a senior, I believe I may have eaten at least one meal in the cafeteria, but not many more.
