Gee, Mr Edwards when all the wealthy people become impoverished from paying all the new taxes, will they get these new benefits for the “poor”? If so who will be left to finance all this? And this guy is supposed to be a smart lawyer?

He’s right about minimum wage. If we want to be consistent about it (and believe me I DO NOT), it should indexed to inflation, etc. Which means the 1977 minimum wage should probably be in the $8 to $9+ per hour range.
It might wreck the economy, but it would have the unintended consequence of wrecking the RINO labor market for cheap illegal peasant labor and the Rat market for free illegal votes.
Yet I think he’s a bit miserly on the 1 million 8a housing certificates. With about 65 million families in our “two Americas” (30 million “rich”, 35 million “poor”), surely he’ll need 5 or 10 or even 20 million cheap housing giveaways to bring things to parity.

I’m glad to see the candidates are abandoning generalities and getting down to specifics. Edward’s platform is insightful, but he should tighten up his campaine slogans and sound bites to be more consise. For example, “Dictatorship of the Proletariate!”
At least he practices what he preaches.

Ok, I am going to run for president as a Dem and here’s my plan. I am going to tax everyone 100 percent of the money they make and then mail a check for exactly the same amount of money to each and every citizen. We will have exemptions of course, all politicians will be exempt, movie stars, dedicated left wing moon bats, etc.. For the most part though we will all be taxed 100 percent and reimbursed each week with a check for $25.80. This will make us all equal don’t you think? Do I really need the sarcasm tag?
He is not promising anything that the other rats are not also promising. Maybe we should call them bandits instead of rats. What private property? Who has private property anymore? Who should have private property? Only the favored groups need private property: ambulance chasing lawyers, unions, government workers, lefty actors, and rats.
In China, you have to be a party member to obtain a government position. The rats want to institute the same requirements here.
