The majority of pharmacists employed now chose their careers long before the drug in question was available.
I fail to see the relevance of this fact. The fact remains that voluntary employees have a choice to perform the duties entailed by their jobs, or seek other employment, absolutely regardless of the fact that these duties may vary over time.
