Many parents that I know are moving to San Diego within the year. Military families who I did tell that California does not allow saying Dad and Mom any longer (I did not know much more about the bill). They did not seem to get flustered too much on my very poor explanation of the bill. The problem with military folks moving to California is even if they wanted to send their children to private school (which I know covers this topic but I think less evasive) can’t afford it with renting a house cost 3,000 dollars a month and that is for a modest home. I guess I can wish them the best of luck for their children. The majority I have talked to are pretty up of their children so hopefully they will be fine.

The children are very unlikely to be fine any more than they would be fine if they were handed over to NAMBLA to be educated. It doesn’t matter much what the parents do if they are handing their children over 180 days/year for 12 to 14 years.
