NO State has the authority to give illegal aliens anything. And the federal government is in violation of the Constitution when they give criminals the same rights as the citizens of this great nation. But then no one in government cares, all anyone cares about is to let the Span-ish take over and destroy our country.

You mentioned the Constitution. It’s often been asked rhetorically (but very appropriately), “What don’t they understand about the word ‘illegal’? The fact is that we’re encouraging a contempt for the rule of law on the federal, state, and local levels by our deliberate failure to enforce our own laws.

Article.IV., Section.4. (U.S.Constitution)
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.

Even the open borders lobbies admit it’s an invasion. It’s bad that elected officials who have taken an oath to preserve and enforce the Constitution have abdicated their sworn responsibilities; it’s even worse because their contempt for the law encourages the public to lose faith in the whole democratic process and also show contempt for the law and the whole system.

New York State is NOT happy with Spitzer and his big plans. People who work in the DMV have threatened not to issue them to these folk.

“And the federal government is in violation of the Constitution when they give criminals the same rights as the citizens of this great nation.”

Well stated YOUGOTIT, and then...

“Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Thus the beneficiaries are spared the shame, danger, and scruple which their acts would otherwise involve. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim — when he defends himself — as a criminal.” - Frederic Bastiat - “The Law”
