Dear Morons in New York State:
As previous amnesty attempts have shown, most illegal aliens have no desire whatsoever in registering and making themselves subject to future roundups. Even when amnesty is free, very low hassle, less than 30% of illegals took advantage of it, most refusing to participate - why should they?
But why let reality dictate anything?
NYS is made up of red counties for the most part, pard. And even some of the blue bits were pitching a fit about this. Illegal immigration is an issue that transcends party. And both parties ignore that fact at their peril.
