Ron Paul’s views on abortion are indistinguishible from John Kerry’s.

In the 2004 election debates, John Kerry said he personally opposed abortion but he would not use the power of the presidency to abolish abortion if elected. No one considered John Kerry to be pro-life.

Ron Paul says he opposes abortion but he said he would leave it up to the states, ie, he would not use the power of the presidency to abolish abortion if elected.

I’ll accept Ron Paul as pro-life when you convince me John Kerry was pro-life.

That's complete horsecrap.

It's a federalist position that is also shared by the rock star of FR, Fred Thompson. Why don't you click on the link I posted above and see what Paul has done to stop abortion. Funny how Fred's views on abortion are OK but the man who was actually delivering babies and saw birth first-hand is a kook and pro-abortionist. You guys have completely joined Alice in Wonderland.

I’ll accept Ron Paul as pro-life when you convince me John Kerry was pro-life.

Paul is pro-life. The man spoke at the National Right to Life this summer. Did you know that Paul saw an abortion when he was interning, that the fetus was still crying until one of the other doctors put it into a trash receptacle? My God, have you guys lost your minds here?

This is the way abortion/murder ALWAYS was and always has been until Roe vs Wade. You do realize repealing Roe vs Wade would do exactly what Ron proposes? Ron is more conservative on abortion than 99% of Republicans in office. What bill did Bush introduce to ban abortion or any house/senate leaders in the 6 years they were in charge?
