Just because you are a conservative doesn’t mean you aren’t a nut. The two are not mutually exclusive.

The fact that neither GWB nor the Republican Party have advanced a constitutional amendment in no way absolves Paul from criticism for his opposition to criminalizing interstate transport of minors, or criminalizing the death of a fetus.

Fair enough, but like I said overall he’s far more pro-life than 95% of Republicans—irregardless of these two things (which would immediately become unconstitutional if Roe vs Wade were overturned IMO). I just dont see you all going after the Mainstream Republicans over abortion, and they actually have the power to do something. Ron Paul is not ever going to get a big coalition, period. You and I both know that—so criticisizing him while not going after the big dogs is a waste of time.

No they wouldn't, if Roe is overturned tomorrow nothing happens, the issue simply returns to the states. The idea than interstate transport is unconstitutional is silly, the Mann act has made numerous journey to the Supreme Court, and never been found unconstitutional. And with Mann you're not dealing with a minor, not dealing with parental consent, not dealing with a commercial enterprise, simply transport for immoral purposes.

Well I’m no expert but I still just see you all as wasting your time. If you see Ron Paul at 10% or more in a SINGLE state then and only then would I even think it’s worth the time.

If, in his ritual libertoonianism, paleoPaulie denies federal jurisdiction to put a stop to abortion, then thanks but no thanks because that marks him as the phony and fraud that he is.

If you think that telling that truth makes me a nut, thanks for the compliment. I gave at the office by representing 1100 arrested pro-lifers and getting acquittals or dismissals of all charges against 1070 of them. None of them sat around whining or wringing their handkerchiefs over what was "constitutional." They just acted to prevent scheduled baby murders on specific days at specific abortion mills. PaleoPaulie posing for holy pictures while being dishonest with pro-lifers just does not cut it.

State by state solutions will not END abortion as he, I and probably you well know. PaleoPaulie is NOT serious on the pro-life issue so long as he seeks to obfuscate, filing pro-life bills to please pro-lifers and winking and nodding to the libertines who are his main base of support by assuring them that abortion will continue (wink, wink) under his "federalist" "constitutionalist" policies and REFUSAL to put a stop to the slaughter of kids lest the libertine social style be cramped in any way.

Run Paul is useless and an embarrassment. Julie Annie is simply unacceptable. The rest of the GOP candidates are not posing for holy pictures or trying to defraud pro-lifers like Dr. Demento.

rb22982: The very notion that it would be unconstitutional to criminalize the taking of minors across state lines for purposes of murdering their unborn children or to criminalize the murders themselves is the domestic policy counterpart of the moonbattery for which the paleofraud is known in foreign policy. It is the elevation of form over substance. We have federal death penalties for carjacking. As sjackson has pointed out, we have long had the Mann Act prohibiting the transport across state lines of adult women for criminal purposes (the white slavery act).

If the best that paleoPaulie can do in the face of 50+ million baby murders and counting is sit around fretting in mock futility and getting his panties in a bunch over pseudo"constitutional" niceties and daintiness while the slaughter continues unabated, then he cannot be trusted to be pro-life. The babies either take precedence or they don't. With paleosurrenderman, clearly they don't but he wants us to believe that they do. No sale!

While you are trying to manage the time and issues of others, you might ask yourself what all this defense of the Galveston fruitcake and fraud does to help YOUR candidate Duncan Hunter (a fine fellow) or your secondary candidate Tom Tancredo (who concedes effectively that he will not be POTUS by announcing that he will retire after one more term in Congress). At least you do not support Dr. Demento for POTUS.

It is no more my business how you spend your time than it is your business how others spend theirs but isn't it embarrassing to even defend Dr. Demento???
