Not all Indians are on this PC bandwagon. I’m Indian and see nothing wrong with the team names such as Warriors, Braves, etc. I’d call them a compliment. I was upset years ago when Stanford took away the Stanford Indian and let Prince Lightfoot go. He was there and for free for over twenty years. Now Stanford is a color, and I believe some kind of tree. So stupid. I can see how “Redskins” would bother some, but to me it’s all in fun and sports and doesn’t get under my skin. Matter of fact I like the Redskins and the Atlanta Braves too.

Not only that but the American Indian is just as ingrained in US history as The Calvary, Cowboys, Pioneers and settlers.

There are so many people trying to change our history the American Indian will become a footnote as more people whose ancestors did not have a part in the building of this country continue coming to America. These mascots force people to consider that at one time there were these various tribes of red men that inhabited this land and played a major role in building the west.

Liberals want every non white person to be poor indigenous people who need their help.
