I propose we create a Medal of Courage and make David Horowitz the first awardee.
I would award the medal of bravery to those in the audience who voiced their opposition to the rabble and risked getting beaten outside the venue.
I saw Dave at UC Berkeley several years ago. It was a similar crowd, and I accidentally sat on the wrong side of the hall, with the haters. I loudly applauded and yelled "Go Dave!" while the kids around me oozed hatred; I could feel it and see the anger in their eyes. As I left people were shouting that they were gonna kick my @ss! suffice to say I scurried to my vehicle and absconded the area quickly.
