Do you really believe that he would nominate Justices & Judges like Scalia, Thomas, Roberts and Alito? That a man that made New York into a sanctuary city would enforce immigration laws and build a wall? That a man that raised taxes would all of a sudden lower them? That a man that cheats on his wives is a good moral idol for society? That a man that's fine with killing millions of unborn babies will now fight for an abolition of the practice? Just how naive are you? Or is it disingenuous?

Mr. Giuliani supported sanctuary city policies. Is there any sign that he's since renounced them?

Rudy's said he'd appoint "strict constructionist" judges, but I've seen no indication that he even knows what that means, beyond its use as a buzzword to appease conservatives.

Giuliani's definition of "federalism" seems to be that New York City is controlled by New York City; Southport, CT is controlled by New York City; etc. Do you think he'd appoint judges who would disagree with him about that?
