It’s very old news by now in Iraq that EFP materials and their construction expertise are being offered by Iran. What’s interesting about this story is where they found them. Diyala province is vast majority Sunni. So either this was a simple waypoint in funneling Shi’ite weapons into their main areas in north Baghdad or south Iraq, or the Shi’ite terrorists are taking advantage of the recent clearing of AQI Sunnis in Diyala so they can expand their AO.
