NOT making a race based distinction? wow... Biden repeatedly shows America whats really in his heart, but never has to be accountable for it.

It seems obvious, doesn't it, that when Joe Biden looks in the face of an individual...he sees the color of their skin.

And that's about it.

So far as Joe Biden is concerned, you are what color you are.

That Joe Biden is actually running for President is an insult to all of us -- white, black, brown, beige or whatever.
