Bush sees LOST as a done deal.

Read his EO 13366 he signed in Dec. '04, right after his reelection.

Executive Order 13366

Yes, I thought for sure that it was going to be passed. What a welcome surprise. Thank you Mitch McConnell. I can’t figure this guy out. Seems he does something I don’t like and then he does something great. Guess I can’t have it all so I’ll take what I can get and be happy.

Word from the men on the ground is that they all are arson, but the politicos and the media are quashing that info actively.

Thank you.

Why am I not surprised at that.....

"These left wing initiatives never really die do they? They just keep getting coming up over and over again until they pass. LOST should have died in the 80’s."

Yep! - Just like fluoridated water; vote for destruction, or vote again.

Yes, I thought for sure that it was going to be passed.

So did I. I've been a nervous wreck over it. I'm still not ready to breath a sigh of relief. This thing will be facing us until 2009.

Sometimes they actually do what we elected them for - to do our bidding. Sometimes they don't. :(

I hope some Democrats Senators will be voting against this POS. Lou Dobbs has been busy infecting Democrats with national sovereignty ideas. This just showed up in the thumping of the Dream Act and should show up when Law of the Sea gets kicked to the curb

Three cheers for American Sovereignty
F*** the UN’s Law of the Sea which will provide the UN with a revenue stream

We have well water, no fluoridation in it. Just a lot of hard water calcium deposits. LOL

I’m proud to see my Senator Inhofe from Oklahoma voting against this treaty. He gets it!

Some surprise! You got some real Republican Senators there not someone useless like Mel Martinez. Who is my Senator, who is foreign born and thinks he's going to bust American Sovereignty via immigration amnesty.

We only need 34 to vote against.

F*** the UN

Have you ever Googled that phrase? But spell it out. :)

If we can get by this extreme lack of judgment, misguided immigration initiatives and deal with Iran, then its W’s Presidency is a wrap. Pray for some sanity to infect Washington.

The best. There’s hope now that it will not be ratified.

And torpedoed a second time for good measure.

2009 is a long time to have the sword of Damocles hanging over our heads.

Agreed; especially true since the senate and too many in the House find themselves resurrecting what should remain long dead.
