especially true since the senate and too many in the House find themselves resurrecting what should remain long dead.To enrich themselves no doubt. The word sovereignty to them is outdated.

One man was out ahead on this. Yes, the usual guy.
#13. Do you support the Law of the Sea Treaty? If not, will you revoke it if it passes before you take office?
Hunter: No, in the past I have opposed the Law of the Sea Treaty. I expect that to continue. There are serious issues of sovereignty involved, and as in the past, I have no intention of letting US sovereignty be eroded.
YUP AND i want to see mitt et al soundly DENOUNCE THIS MADNESS....giving away american advantage to the FREAKIN UN?

"If you want a U.N. on steroids, you want the Law of the Sea Treaty," Senator Trent Lott (Miss.) declared at the news conference.Since when did Trent Lott support a conservative position, or do something he hadn't been instructed to by the Democrats or the White House? What's gotten in to him?

I don't know.
It's not the same man who voted on 'Dream' that's for sure. I don't know what he's up too.
Maybe they're waiting for the heat to be taken off them since this has been getting some coverage, mainly on forums and blogs but that's still getting the story out. Senators don't like for their constituents to see that they are selling out their sovereignty - at least on some issues.
Maybe he differentiates between illegal aliens destroying our country and the un destroying it. Who knows with politicians these days.

Not all of us were. Some of us warned about him in the first primaries. Most people refused to listen back then.
