I’m running it now. If it finds something I think I may remove mt McAfee.
It is thorough, and it helped me get rid of some of the worst things. I had a bot that hijacked my favorites list and put really nasty links in place of mine.
Spybot couldn’t kill it, but identified where in the registry it was.
That took two days to get rid of.
