Well, George W. Bush not only was “fooled” about Souter, he also lied about raising taxes. And I am sure you voted for him twice.

There is no evidence Giuliani has lied. You may disagree with him, but he never was a liar like Mr. Read My Lips was.

No, if you can't tell the difference between a lie, a betrayal of trust, and a broken campaign promise, you're going to have a problem figuring out why Giuliani is a problem.

He's hewing pretty close to the line lying about his position on abortion, refusing to answer questions and obfuscating. But he clearly lied to the NRA at their convention, in view of his absolutely plain and overwhelming track record strenuously supporting gun control. . . . including vigorously prosecuting a meritless lawsuit against gun dealers.

And he is an oathbreaker on a truly herculean scale. I'll ask again, if he won't keep a solemn vow, what makes you think he'll keep a mere campaign promise? Campaign promises aren't worth much if they haven't been backed up by consistent actions that support the promise.

Nope, Rooty Toot doesn't lie. He's a liberal through and through who had adopted a Clintonesque-style of developing his own definitions for words and terms like "strict constructionist" and then making promises based on definitions he doesn't bother to share with the public.
