Mota-Campos has skirted the law - and harsh jail terms - until now by using 16 different names and fake identification papers in the 19 years he has lived here on and off.

"United States is stupid," Mota-Campos reportedly told an immigration agent after his latest arrest, court records say. "I come back every time."

He is sure right about that last part.

Time to start branding giant D's on their foreheads prior to deportation.

and citizens are marked with a government mandated number that makes our ID routine. We understand that if we speak too loudly on an internet forum that we may get our dogs shot and houses burned down, but this scum stands proudly and says 'Eff you' to big brother and will probably be released the next time a cell is needed for a crack dealer or child support violator. INSANE...

Hopefully, a rival gang member in prison will take care of this piece of excrement, so he won’t get out to come back.
